My whole experience has been perfect. Jacklyn was very professional and at same time very warm and welcoming. I had gotten consults at other places but I never felt as comfortable and reassured as I did with her. She is very knowledgeable with facial anatomy and was able to explain everything down to the tiniest detail. What I really appreciated was her honesty and transparency with what was attainable and what was not, and I also appreciate her method of under treating (vs overtreating) to ensure very natural and subtle but striking results. I do not at all mind travelling from Toronto to this office for touchups (the office interior itself is stunning). She is also very accommodating of schedules/booking and is very easy to contact. I am super confident leaving my face in her hands!!!

I had my first visit with Jacklyn and am so impressed with the results! I wanted a very natural look and she took the time to listen and educate me on best options to treat my Glabellar Lines. My experience at Distinct medical clinic was by far, the best service clinic I've been to. Jacklyn and her team go above and beyond to ensure they are providing you With the knowledge and education behind treatments as well as making you feel comfortable and safe. Jacklyn took her time pre and post treatment to answer all my questions and followed up with me to ensure I was happy with my result. From the cleanliness to their clinic and their professionalism I would highly recommend 10 out of 10!

It was my first time getting botox and Jacklyn was so wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and comforting. I wasn't sure what I wanted and she never pushed or pressured me, she listened to my concerns and just put me at ease. I'm so happy with the results. The space is very clean and inviting. Also I felt very safe in terms of covid health and safety protocols. I highly recommend this place and will be seeing Jacklyn again and again!

I went to this clinic a couple weeks ago for botox and filler and was extremely impressed. It was my first time getting either done and I was helped by Jacklyn and she was so welcoming and professional and clearly an expert at what she does. The clinic interior was beautiful and extremely clean. It's been a couple weeks and I've got to say I am very happy with my results and have received many compliments. Would highly recommend!
