Nurse Mara always makes me feel so comfortable during treatments. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and I completely trust her with my care. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. The front desk is just as amazing! They really go out of their way to make you feel taken care of. Highly recommend! 🙂

I had a great experience at Distinct Medical Aesthetics, especially with Sheridan! From my very first appointment, she made me feel completely comfortable. Laser hair removal can be a bit intimidating, but her kindness and calm approach made the whole process so much easier. She always took the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions without making me feel rushed. She’s also very quick to respond if i ever reached out, which really shows how much she cares about her clients. Also a quick side note, their machine is great, and I’m still really happy with my results even one year after my treatments. This review is long overdue! I’ve been seeing Sheridan for about two years now for my monthly HydraFacials, and truly, they’ve breathed life back into my skin. As a busy working mom who travels often (and tries to keep up with a lively social life!), it’s not easy to carve out time for myself. But when I do, I’m very selective about where I go and choosing Sheridan at Distinct has been one of the best self-care decisions I’ve ever made. From the very beginning, I felt completely comfortable and confident in her care. She’s truly one of the most reliable and skilled professionals in the industry. Sheridan’s attention to detail is incredible. She notices even the smallest changes in my skin, and she takes her time with extractions - every session feels like a deep clean without ever leaving marks or irritation. She’s so gentle yet so thorough. Her professionalism and consistency are unmatched. She also recommended two skincare products that have completely transformed my skin over the past few months. I’ve struggled with acne for most of my teenage and adult life, and the scarring and visible pores have always affected my confidence. I absolutely love Distinct Medical Aesthetics in Bronte. I’ve had a few treatments performed such as, Morpheus8, Halo and Sculptra, and am very happy with the results. The whole team is so welcoming, knowledgable, and professional. Nurse Mara is a true gem! She takes the time to listen to your needs, gives you a clear explanation of treatments offered and then creates a personal plan just for you. Throughout the treatment, she keeps you abreast of what she is doing and ensures that you are comfortable and relaxed. Post treatment, Nurse Mara checks in on you and makes herself available should you have any concerns. It’s like having your own personal nurse. It is quite evident that Mara is not only an expert in her field, but she has a true passion for what she does, which is reflected in her work.
